Client Services Manager - Surrey

Our clients based in Dorking are seeking a Client Services Manager to assist the Deputy Manager to drive the effective and efficient running of the outpatient's operation. If you have previous experience working in a customer facing environment, then please read on!...

The successful candidates duties & responsibilities will include:

- Managing day to day operations and responding to queries for the delivery of an efficient service.

- Actively participates in planning and the delivery of projects within required timelines.

- Ensure all equipment is logged and maintained to fit requirements.

- Lead & manage teams, conduct regular review meetings to coach and develop teams.

Previous experience/ Skills:

- A 'can do' attitude.

- Demonstrate ownership of tasks through to delivery.

- Strong communication and line management skills to achieve responsibilities with an through direct reports.

- Demonstrable communication skills in building strong relationships with internal & external stakeholders.

- Experience in similar roles.
