Customer Service Executive - Outskirts of Dorking

Our lovely client on the outskirts of Dorking is seeking an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join their team.  This is a lovely role for someone who has previous customer focused experience and seeking a new challenge.

£25k per annum

Key Accountabilities

  • The answering of telephone and email queries from customers.
  • Processing new and ongoing claims
  • Processing customer payments including sending BACS files to the bank and chasing outstanding customer premiums
  • Inputting new business applications (policies) and ensuring that all documents are dispatched in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining customer policies
  • Updating and maintaining the cashbook.
  • Appointment setting
  • Maintaining a sales focus during any verbal/written communication

Key Skills

  • Strong customer focus
  • Well organised and able to prioritise
  • Competent with Microsoft office and comfortable with numeracy
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Adaptable and willing to embrace change

Due to the location of the role you MUST be a car owner/driver
