Our lovely client on the outskirts of Dorking is seeking an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join their team. This is a lovely role for someone who has previous customer focused experience and seeking a new challenge.
£25k per annum
- The answering of telephone and email queries from customers.
- Processing new and ongoing claims
- Processing customer payments including sending BACS files to the bank and chasing outstanding customer premiums
- Inputting new business applications (policies) and ensuring that all documents are dispatched in a timely manner.
- Maintaining customer policies
- Updating and maintaining the cashbook.
- Appointment setting
- Maintaining a sales focus during any verbal/written communication
- Strong customer focus
- Well organised and able to prioritise
- Competent with Microsoft office and comfortable with numeracy
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Great attention to detail
- Adaptable and willing to embrace change
Due to the location of the role you MUST be a car owner/driver
