Escalations Engineer - £22-26k - Dorking
Do you have good problem solving abilities? Our client are seeking an Escalation Engineer to join their friendly team.
As part of the Technical Support Team you will have responsibility for the following:
- Troubleshooting IT issues and handling service requests by telephone, email, remote access and occasional on-site visits.
- Proactive monitoring of systems using a variety of tools.
- Helping to improve company systems, procedures and knowledge.
The right candidate will have:
- Previous helpdesk or service desk experience
- A polite and friendly telephone manner
- Good technical knowledge
