Our wonderful Client in Leatherhead are seeking an Operations Administrator to join their lovely team! 

Salary: £18,000 p.a 

Hours: 6 months FTC

The Role:

To provide administration support to the Operations Administration department

Key Accountabilities:

  • To log and administer all emergency works on the Gas Networks
  • Identify error reports to raise and dispute with relevant emergency service providers
  • Dealing with responses to disputes and queries raised
  • Process invoices and verify for authorisation and payment by the Operations Director


  • Ability to use own initiative
  • Attention to detail
  • Good telephone manner
  • Good organisation skills
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Skills


  • 23 days holiday
